Process for Landlords.

If you’re looking to maximize the return on your investment while supporting cannabis reform legislation, look no further. We’ll support you each step of the way in finding a marijuana enthusiast willing to pay premium.

Step 1: Decide on which rooms to rent and facilities you will provide.

Start by working out which parts of the house you’d like to offer up for rental accommodation. Decide on how much rent you are expecting to earn each week as well as the amenities you will provide to your occupant.

It’s important to ensure there is a suitable space in the garden for your occupant to cultivate plants of their choosing, as this will be one of the most attractive features of your listing.

Step 2: Book in a time for your photography session and consultation.

After you’ve worked out all the nitty gritty details, you’ll need to book in a time for photography and consultation which will be uses to prepare your advertisement, Occupancy Agreement and House Rules.

Our contracts have been specially prepared in conjunction with our renowned legal partners at Chamberlain’s Law Firm, and are designed to protect your rights while remaining fully compatible with all relevant cannabis legislation.
