This minimizes your risk as a landlord or head tenant and has been created to ensure everyone’s legal rights are protected by law, as well as making both parties’ liability for any criminal activity clear from the outset.

In the rare, worst-case scenario, so long as you have acted in accordance with our agreement and legally, we can also represent you in the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal so long as you grant us temporary Power of Attorney.
